Salary: $107,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models aligned with engagement terms.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients on complex financial issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies through discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in Tribal Gaming Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams, preferably at the Controller or Accounting Manager level.
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Intaact.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
