What you will do

• Extract tacit, tribal knowledge from customer environments and structure it into playbooks and configurations for AI action.
• Own the last mile of customer success, ensuring configurations and processes are optimized for automation.
• Evaluate and tune automation performance, directly resolving issues and improving the system.
• Advise customers on how to evolve their IT operations to maximize the benefits of automation.
• Recognize patterns across different customers to turn insights into repeatable deployment approaches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to translate field findings into prioritized product improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
• Proficiency in writing code (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and working with APIs.
• Strong working knowledge of IT operations, including ticketing systems, identity providers (e.g., Okta), and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a genuine interest in how LLMs can transform service delivery.
• Ability to create high-quality technical artifacts, including documentation and operational recommendations.
• Must be based in the United States.
