What you will do

  • Act as primary client contact, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project plans, lead kickoffs, and coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage project financials, timelines, change requests, and third-party deliverables.
  • Facilitate status meetings, communications, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Drive project closure, transitions to support, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years leading ERP implementation projects, ideally Sage Intacct, Sage 100, or Sage 300
  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope.
  • Solid ERP knowledge; Bachelor’s degree required; PMP strongly preferred.
  • May require customer approval for access to systems and premises.

Nice to have

  • Experience in construction or nonprofit sectors.
