Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to prepare and manage project objectives, scope, plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for D365 F&O implementations.
• Participate in operational reviews to translate business needs into functional requirements and scenarios.
• Identify stakeholders, establish communication, and manage transition of requirements to delivery teams.
• Manage software development lifecycle, facilitate weekly status meetings, and prepare reports.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead collaboration across teams for escalations resolution.
• Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, and standard tools for project delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years managing software implementation deployments, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP).
• Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases: Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Operation.
• Understanding of enterprise-wide IT strategy and ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, teambuilding, client relations, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience leading senior executive meetings and working at a consultancy.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution industries.
• PMP Certificate.
