What you will do

• Lead the internal AI portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and defining clear success criteria and ownership.
• Act as the primary bridge between AI engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Develop high-impact prototypes and lightweight automations to solve problems without full engineering builds.
• Manage the operating cadence, producing decision memos, portfolio reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify and champion AI-driven opportunities to create meaningful competitive advantages for the business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical programme management, or delivery leadership in software or AI.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM-based workflows, agentic architectures, and applied automation.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into executable plans for senior leadership.
• Excellent written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines.
• Background in software engineering or an understanding of the shipping process.
• Experience in EdTech, accessibility, or mission-driven technology organizations.
