What you will do

• Conduct QoE analyses for M&A transactions.
• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assess working capital, net debt, and key deal metrics.
• Prepare financial due diligence reports, executive summaries, data books, and manage data rooms.
• Collaborate with clients, private equity firms, and teams to validate data and present findings.
• Support valuation, transaction structuring, business development, and stay current on M&A trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CFA, ASA, or MST certifications.
• Experience with data room platforms.
