TL;DR

Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant (Payroll, HR, Workforce Management): Lead end-to-end implementations of Dayforce HCM platform across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and WFM modules with an accent on configuration, data migration, and process optimization. Focus on translating complex business requirements into scalable workflows, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring compliance and post-go-live adoption.

Location: London or Dublin (hybrid with telecommuting possibilities)

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle Dayforce implementations from discovery and configuration to testing, deployment, and go-live.
  • Configure modules like HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Scheduling, and WFM per client needs.
  • Perform gap analysis, data migration, and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, training, and provide advisory expertise.
  • Collaborate on project plans, integrations with external systems, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years hands-on Dayforce implementation experience
  • Strong expertise in at least two Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, HR, WFM)
  • Proven client-facing project leadership
  • Deep knowledge of HR, payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Dayforce module certifications
  • Consulting firm or fast-paced implementation experience
  • Knowledge of UK & EMEA payroll regulations and tax rules
  • Data migration and HCM integrations experience
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile)
