Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills with Excel and financial databases proficiency.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Proven project management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
