What you will do

• Act as first responder for internal IT issues and tickets, providing deskside support.
• Resolve or escalate IT tickets via Jira, documenting all actions and troubleshooting steps.
• Support office infrastructure including meeting rooms, AV equipment, networking, and laptops.
• Handle onboarding for new starters, setting up workstations and desks.
• Assist with hardware troubleshooting, WiFi issues, and system adoption.
• Identify improvements and suggest innovative solutions to contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in technical support or helpdesk role.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Proactive, adaptable, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a team player.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Exposure to iGaming or related industry.
• Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, large datasets, or data queries.
