What you will do

• Manage IT support tickets for hardware, software, and access management.
• Execute technology onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Support meeting room video conferencing and AV systems for internal events.
• Conduct and maintain accurate records of IT asset stock takes.
• Automate manual IT tasks to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with a global Trust Team across Sydney, Manila, and London.

Requirements

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
• Previous IT support experience or demonstrated technical initiative via projects or societies.
• Proficiency with macOS and cloud tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
