What you will do

• Provide world-class technical support to employees in APJ and globally.
• Resolve technical issues in real-time via Slack and Zoom, aiming for first-touch resolution.
• Manage the onboarding experience through application provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Act as the onsite technical expert for the Sydney office, with occasional travel to other sites.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage support tickets and scale IT operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk environment.
• Proficiency with macOS (JAMF) and Windows (Intune).
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Strong communication skills and an employee-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Workspace One, or Atlassian.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products.
