What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact for public works projects in the Las Vegas area.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support business development efforts, including pursuits and client relationship growth.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team development.
• Ensure all projects meet strict quality, risk, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of experience in public works or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with municipal or DOT clients.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass criminal background and driving record reviews.
