Salary: $92,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute CRO tests across web properties to maximize conversions and improve user engagement.
• Own the front-end and back-end development of company websites, implementing innovation and best practices.
• Proactively optimize web properties to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
• Manage the website tech stack, including the platform, integrations, and chatbots.
• Provide weekly reporting and deep insights on conversion, engagement, traffic, and website health.
• Support marketing initiatives and product releases by creating and managing necessary website assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in website development and optimization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits and employment.
