What you will do

• Oversee all job site operations, including compliance with contract requirements, safety inspections, and daily project reports.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors according to company manuals and standards.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scope review, scheduling, and updating project timelines to meet milestones.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality guidelines, including OSHA and local regulations.
• Manage punch-list completion, project closeout, and control for noise, dust, and utility procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in construction with commercial or industrial general contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field highly desired
• Strong resource management skills for vendors, subcontractors, time, and prioritization under tight deadlines
• Adaptability to fast-paced changes, team collaboration, and clear communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and evolving construction technologies
• Ability to meet physical demands: walking uneven terrain, lifting up to 25 pounds, and specific vision requirements
