Technology Design Specialist (Engineering)

What you will do

• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to drive project outcomes.
• Execute technology design tasks utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.
• Review project documents to ensure alignment with client intent and expectations.
• Assist in the review of product data and shop drawing submittals.
• Prepare responses for RFIs, CPRs, ASIs, and RFPs.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of project documents throughout multiple design phases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam applications.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Texas or Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Experience designing low voltage systems.
• Familiarity with Structured Cabling systems.
• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Design (RCDD) certification or a strong interest in pursuing it.
