What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority and Professional Engineer (PE) persona for US operations.
• Define and enforce engineering standards aligned with DOT and ASCE regulations for infrastructure projects.
• Translate complex client needs and geotechnical challenges into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for the R&D team.
• Partner with sales and account teams during deep technical dives to present the technical roadmap to major clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of US projects to ensure consistency, scalability, and technical soundness.
• Identify and provide guidance for expanding the company's technical footprint into secondary markets like the EU, UK, and Israel.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in Geotechnical Engineering focused on US civil infrastructure (highways, bridges, foundations).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the US is a must.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, earth-retaining structures, and U.S. engineering codes.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Sales).
• Ability to travel to project sites and client offices across the US as needed.
