What you will do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements while providing performance feedback to teams.
• Partner with senior leadership on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, planning, budgeting, fieldwork, and financial reporting.
• Research complex accounting matters and assist clients with GAAP compliance and GASB updates.
• Serve as an instructor in firm training programs and lead community, networking, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA license
• 5+ years of experience, supervisory experience required
• Ability to travel 50%+ annually to client sites throughout the United States
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
