Product Manager - Merchant Experience (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Colombia or elsewhere in Latin America; working hours aligned to US Mountain/Central time (roughly 9am–5pm MT core hours).

What you will do

• Own the full merchant-account surface, including onboarding, authentication, dashboards, and payouts.
• Develop and manage the merchant-side roadmap, handling quarterly planning and prioritization.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to transform merchant acquisition momentum into a scalable product experience.
• Use AI tools (Claude) as a primary driver for drafting PRDs, analyzing funnel data, and prototyping UI.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design, and integrate feedback from Merchant Operations and Support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Strong written and spoken English for leading conversations with US and Canada-based stakeholders.
• Experience with onboarding, self-serve admin products, or payment/payout systems.
• Working comfort with SQL and the ability to read code.
• Must be based in Colombia or Latin America with alignment to US Mountain/Central time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products.
• Advanced expertise in utilizing AI workflows for product management tasks.
