What you will do

• Perform initial and renewal provider state licensing and prescriptive authority maintenance.
• Research state requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness of information to avoid delays.
• Notify and assist providers in renewing expiring licenses based on business needs.
• Maintain high quality, timely, and accurate processing of licensing applications.
• Provide proactive and clear communication to business stakeholders regarding license statuses.
• Monitor applications to ensure all state requirements are met and licenses are not delayed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience with provider licensure, credentialing, or enrollment standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work with private information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a 100% remote position with a distributed team.
