What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity specifically tailored for the senior care industry.
  • Implement organic growth strategies to increase audience engagement and community awareness.
  • Monitor and professionally respond to community interactions to build trust with families and caregivers.
  • Recommend and implement modern content scheduling tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate caregiver call-offs and manage urgent scheduling changes to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts independently for a business or agency.
  • Strong copywriting skills and basic visual or video editing capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute digital strategies without constant oversight.
  • HIPAA awareness and willingness to complete official compliance training.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (Friday–Tuesday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM EST).

  • Experience in the senior care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset regarding logistics and staffing.
