What you will do

• Own end-to-end product roadmap for identity, authentication, and eligibility from member enrollment to benefits management.
• Define and simplify data models for member eligibility, benefits coverage, and account relationships.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build reliable real-time eligibility determination powering member care experiences.
• Balance user access simplification with security goals and build self-serve tooling for client success, ops, and clinical teams.
• Set reliability, accuracy, and latency targets for eligibility systems and track metrics like enrollment funnels and access failures.
• Design access, authentication, and consent patterns for web, mobile, live care, and non-human agents while partnering on AI and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience on platform, identity, data, or infrastructure products
• Deep familiarity with identity/access management: SSO, OAuth, member matching, eligibility/benefit file management
• Strong data fluency to define metrics, prioritize, and validate decisions
• Experience in healthcare/benefits with member information exchange concepts
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration translating technical complexity for stakeholders
