What you will do

  • Define, measure, and optimize unit economics by partnering with Actuarial, Growth, and Ops teams on cohort and plan-level tracking.
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting in collaboration with leadership, actuarial, and operations.
  • Drive business rhythm by reviewing core reporting, initiative progress, and monthly close alignment with budget.
  • Evaluate strategic projects, assess value, allocate capital, and track delivery of projected outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive finance leadership in healthcare, payer, or insurance
  • Deep Medicare Advantage experience
  • Strategic thinking to connect actuarial data to operational outcomes and optimize unit economics.
  • Executive presence as trusted advisor to senior leadership with data-driven storytelling.
  • Intellectual agility to build scalable planning frameworks in evolving models.
