What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales application support for high-power DC power supply equipment.
• Focus on market segments including server power, automotive, battery, and renewable energy.
• Participate in marketing events and technical presentations.
• Assist service engineers with in-house test power racks and basic diagnostics.
• Establish strategic technical partnerships and build relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product lines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, automotive, and battery technology.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in application support, R&D, or test engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel to China and Thailand.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C, C++, CAN, and/or LabView programming languages.
• Experience in Power Hardware-In-Loop (PHIL).
