What you will do

• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates for new and renewal policies.
• Field inbound sales leads and manage walk-in traffic.
• Underwrite insurance products and provide renewals tailored to customer needs.
• Process inbound payments received over the phone, mail, online, or fax.
• Coordinate with carriers to satisfy customer requirements and assist clients with policy updates.
• Review and help develop internal operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in the Sacramento, CA office.
• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in sales or customer service and a bachelor's degree.
