Salary: $178,500 – $261,500 (USD) / 207k – 242k CAD

What you will do

• Lead the design and roadmap of the Orchestrator system for real-time interface personalization per session and context.
• Define the measurement framework, including north star and driver metrics to guide decisioning tradeoffs.
• Architect content ingestion processes to allow partner teams to contribute intelligence to a shared model without competing for fixed placements.
• Develop a member context model using signals such as location, family state, and behavioral history.
• Optimize delivery surfaces and content templates within existing UI patterns to unlock deeper personalization.
• Establish a stakeholder operating model to translate competing priorities into weighted system inputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or redesigning personalization or content orchestration systems.
• Deep understanding of ML-driven content ranking and modular UI architecture.
• AI-native proficiency: Ability to direct AI-driven execution across the full product development lifecycle, including research synthesis and spec drafting.
• Strong organizational skills for managing resource allocation and stakeholder alignment on high-traffic surfaces.
• Track record of driving initiatives with material, company-level impact on core metrics.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
