What you will do

• Manage assigned retail accounts to ensure sustainable growth and build strong customer relationships.
• Develop and review business plans and contingency strategies in collaboration with the Head of Wholesale.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and provide weekly projection estimates.
• Lead promotional planning cycles and analyze execution to optimize future sales and market share.
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing and VM to ensure best-in-class in-store executions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Digital departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Sales or Key Account Management role (preferably managing department stores).
• Must be based in Dublin (Hybrid) or the UK (Remote).
• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of sales performance and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present results-oriented solutions.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
