What you will do

• Support business development by reviewing RFPs, assessing client needs, iterating solutions, and developing proposals.
• Maintain project goals for state early childhood systems, including compliance, legislative plans, budgets, and policy statements.
• Act as subject matter expert and project manager, handling client relationships, scope, and team implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with early childhood community leaders statewide.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, white papers, conferences, and policy activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in early childhood or education, or relevant teaching/administration.
• Knowledge and experience with early childhood data and technologies (e.g., accountability systems).
• Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in Early Childhood, Education, Policy, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience creating and supporting large-scale strategic initiatives.
