What you will do

• Act as the strategic right hand to the Global Head of Operations across the Americas region.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects tied to regional growth and scalability.
• Optimize operational processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps rapidly.
• Ensure alignment between local Mexico teams and HQ leadership in Spain.
• Build reporting structures and decision-making frameworks to support market expansion.

Requirements

• Strong background in Operations, Strategy, Business, Consulting, or Engineering.
• Experience in fast-growing, high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility cross-functional projects.
• Strong process mindset with the ability to both design systems and execute.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Regional Operations roles.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve business processes.
