What you will do

  • Directly support the Founder in driving market entry from strategy to execution.
  • Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
  • Coordinate fundraising efforts, prepare materials, and manage investor relations.
  • Establish operational structures, including vendor management and company presence.
  • Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and strategic relationships.
  • Act as a central operator to resolve bottlenecks and track priorities across teams.

Requirements

  • Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, or high-performance startup operating roles.
  • Strong generalist skills across strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
  • High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills with incomplete information.
  • Clear and concise communication for senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
