What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads who have already received insurance quotes.
• Qualify prospects by gauging interest in competitive home, auto, and business insurance rates.
• Collect and verify necessary customer information for policy processing.
• Transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents for final consultation and closing.
• Navigate multiple insurance platforms to update and manage customer records.
• Maintain accurate lead statuses and schedule necessary callbacks.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience with Quote Rush (mandatory).
• Professional home office setup with dual monitors or a large display.
• Reliable internet connection and professional communication standards.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry (strongly preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance tools such as Agency Zoom, PO Rating, or Easy Links.
• Experience with major carriers (Progressive, Geico, Travelers, Hartford).
