What you will do

• Adapt creative concepts into digital-ready assets for web, email, and mobile apps.
• Design high-quality digital content in Figma following brand, UX, and performance principles.
• Create animations for email campaigns using After Effects or Adobe Animate.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Review and refine digital assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Manage design files, templates, and versioning within Figma.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing for web, email, and mobile app platforms.
• Advanced hands-on Figma skills for pages, banners, templates, and UI layouts.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output at pace.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Yeovil, UK.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with After Effects or Adobe Animate for email animation.
