Salary: $216,000 — $297,000 USD

What you will do

• Define the design vision and set company-wide standards for the entire hirify.global platform to ensure a cohesive and secure experience.
• Lead company-wide discovery efforts and partner with executive leadership to translate business ambitions into product visions.
• Develop platform-level information architecture, cross-product navigation models, and shared interaction paradigms.
• Influence high-level company strategy by contributing design perspectives to the highest-level business conversations.
• Mentor senior and principal designers and establish best practices for design fluency across the R&D organization.
• Define the future of AI at hirify.global, integrating AI-assisted workflows and tools into the design process.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with significant experience at a senior or principal level across large product portfolios.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC.
• Industry expertise in designing for enterprise scale and identity security.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate design thinking at the executive and C-suite level.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered design tools and plugins in daily workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Claude Code, Figma, and Miro.
• Experience as an external voice for design (conferences, bylines, podcasts).
