What you will do

• Manage the end-to-day operational lifecycle of series including review, curation, and scheduling on the CANVAS platform.
• Operate content management (CMS) and scheduling tools to ensure accurate and timely event and feature rollouts.
• Enforce brand safety guidelines and content policies in coordination with Legal and Trust & Safety teams.
• Draft, localize, and schedule creator engagement communications, including copywriting for newsletters and social activations.
• Monitor and adapt European viral content and trends for CANVAS social channels.
• Act as an operational liaison between global and local teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital/content operations, web/mobile platform operations, or digital media.
• Bilingual fluency in French is required.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or scheduling tools.
• Excellent professional copywriting and copyediting skills for user-facing content.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and Airtable.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of storytelling, digital comics, webcomics, or the webnovel industry.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Excel.
• Experience with CRM, user retention, and monetization strategies.
• Ability to generate operational performance reports using data analysis tools.
