What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of UX designers, promoting innovation and inclusivity.
• Own the UX product strategy for the GTM funnel, including the website and learning ecosystem.
• Oversee the design of intuitive commerce workflows, licensing, and entitlements.
• Manage the UX of the Asset Store and ensure seamless integration across hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Engineering leaders to align design with business goals.
• Champion UX improvements and innovative design solutions utilizing AI.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX leadership and managing global design teams.
• Ability to develop a strategic vision for a connected ecosystem across multiple products.
• Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations for unified user experiences.
• Excellent communication and influence skills for conducting reviews with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in designing for commerce stacks, marketplaces, or licensing systems.
• Professional proficiency in English for regular communication with worldwide partners.

Nice to have

• Product design experience in AR/VR or 3D environments.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or other game engines.
