Salary: $169,347 - $237,085 (WA range)

What you will do

• Develop a multi-year product vision and 12-18 month roadmap for factory automation.
• Architect a unified software platform for CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated guided vehicles.
• Drive IT/OT convergence to connect enterprise software with factory floor equipment.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineers, manufacturing operations, and software teams.
• Implement data-driven metrics to measure success of product launches and investments.
• Utilize AI to increase delivery velocity and codify company-wide best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience or combined PM and factory automation expertise.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required per export control regulations.
• Deep knowledge of machine and robot integration in aerospace, automotive, or similar complex industries.
• Proficiency in Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience integrating software with physical manufacturing hardware at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business.
