Principal Technical Product Manager (Factory Automation): Architecting 's next generation of machine and robot integration platform with an accent on IT/OT convergence and closed-loop manufacturing systems. Location: Space Coast, FL or Greater Seattle Area. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee due to export control regulations. Relocation provided.
Salary: $169,347 - $237,085 (WA range)

What you will do
- Develop a multi-year product vision and 12-18 month roadmap for factory automation.
- Architect a unified software platform for CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated guided vehicles.
- Drive IT/OT convergence to connect enterprise software with factory floor equipment.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between engineers, manufacturing operations, and software teams.
- Implement data-driven metrics to measure success of product launches and investments.
- Utilize AI to increase delivery velocity and codify company-wide best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience or combined PM and factory automation expertise.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required per export control regulations.
- Deep knowledge of machine and robot integration in aerospace, automotive, or similar complex industries.
- Proficiency in Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience integrating software with physical manufacturing hardware at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business.
