What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers across APJ to drive adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Provide deployment guidance and operational best practices to help customers establish a Center of Excellence.
- Lead and participate in workshops to maximize the value of across the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor customer progress against critical KPIs and share strategic insights with executives and account stakeholders.
- Analyze product usage data to generate actionable recommendations that support customer expansion.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and align on customer success plans.
Requirements
- Experience in post-sales adoption, value realization, and customer advocacy roles.
- Background in customer success, professional services, or technical account management.
- Ability to discuss Git, common branching strategies, and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including pipelines and tooling.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps practices.
- Must be based in the APJ region.
