What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers across APJ to drive adoption and long-term satisfaction.
• Provide deployment guidance and operational best practices to help customers establish a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
• Lead and participate in workshops to maximize the value of hirify.global across the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor customer progress against critical KPIs and share strategic insights with executives and account stakeholders.
• Analyze product usage data to generate actionable recommendations that support customer expansion.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and align on customer success plans.

Requirements

• Experience in post-sales adoption, value realization, and customer advocacy roles.
• Background in customer success, professional services, or technical account management.
• Ability to discuss Git, common branching strategies, and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including pipelines and tooling.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps practices.
• Must be based in the APJ region.
