Location: On-site in Wilton, CT (Hybrid available up to 2 days/week)

What you will do

• Manage strategic suppliers to improve supply chain performance, reduce cycle times, and secure capacity.
• Coordinate all logistic and operational aspects within the Supplier Account Team.
• Plan, align, and control buffers and flexibility to meet demand and demand changes.
• Monitor supply chain risks and lead escalation management to solve structural bottlenecks.
• Implement the supply chain planning roadmap at supplier sites and execute logistic audits.
• Identify and implement internal supply chain process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years with complex supply chain processes in manufacturing or high-tech.
• Knowledge of project management and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic relations with suppliers.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Wilton, CT.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

• Proficiency with SAP ERP software.
