Location: On-site in Wilton, Connecticut, United States; a flexible workplace arrangement may allow remote work up to two days per week. Travel may be required up to 20%.

What you will do
- Manage strategic suppliers to improve supply chain performance, capacity, flexibility, and cost of ownership.
- Coordinate logistics and operational activities within Supplier Account Teams alongside commercial and quality stakeholders.
- Lead supplier initiatives to reduce cycle times and secure required capacity, buffers, and flexibility.
- Monitor supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead escalation management for structural bottlenecks.
- Implement supply chain planning roadmaps and execute logistics audits for new, strategic, and critical suppliers.
- Identify and implement internal supply chain process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or another technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of direct work experience, including 3 years with complex supply chain processes in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Direct experience with supply or supplier versus demand management, purchasing, or negotiation.
- Experience with project management, new product introduction processes, and strategic supplier relationships.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder influence.
- Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before starting the position.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with SAP ERP software.
- Experience preparing and presenting effective PowerPoint presentations to senior management.
