What you will do

• Execute robust multicolor flow cytometry methods, cell-based potency assays, and molecular assays for CAR T products.
• Provide analytical support for Process Characterization and BLA-enabling activities.
• Qualify in-process and release methods and handle tech transfer for GMP manufacturing.
• Collaborate with CAR T Research and Process Development groups to meet future analytical needs.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks and technical reports for regulatory filings.
• Present data and strategies to internal scientists and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in immunology, cell biology, or a related field.
• Laboratory experience in flow cytometry-based assays, cell-based cytotoxicity, and proliferation assays.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with cGMPs and relevant Regulatory Guidance documents.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on expertise in handling and processing primary peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
• Proficiency in data analysis using FlowJo, Spotfire, or R.
