What you will do

• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot cell-based assays, protocols, and analysis methods.
• Establish automated standard operating procedures using BRAVO and Apricot to increase assay throughput.
• Design and execute experiments, interpret data, and communicate results to teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and characterize iPSC-derived cell populations using immunocytochemistry, plate-based assays, qPCR, and other molecular biology techniques.
• Collaborate across functional areas.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology or a related discipline such as Immunology or Biological Engineering.
• At least 5 years of wet-lab experience in academia or industry preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture using sterile techniques and in vitro methods.
• Experience with accurate data analysis and detailed laboratory notebook records.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including lab reports and presentations.
• Ability to work onsite in an in-lab environment in Boston.
