What you will do

• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot new cell-based assays and analysis methods.
• Establish SOPs using automation tools like BRAVO and Apricot to improve throughput.
• Design experiments, interpret data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and characterize iPSC-derived cell populations using molecular biology techniques.
• Perform immunocytochemistry and plate-based assays including Quanterix, Luminex, and MSD.
• Collaborate effectively across functional areas to support research goals.

Requirements

• PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology, Immunology, or Biological Engineering.
• 5+ years of wet lab experience in academia or industry.
• Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture and sterile techniques.
• Strong proficiency in in vitro experimental design and data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to remain focused and work independently without supervision.
