What you will do

• Perform nucleic acid extraction, purification, and quantification.
• Execute NGS library preparation and quality control (QC) using Illumina platforms.
• Conduct bulk RNA-seq and amplicon-seq workflows.
• Prepare single-cell and single-nucleus RNA-seq libraries.
• Utilize specialized platforms such as 10X Genomics Chromium, Illumina PIP-seq, ScaleBio, or Parse Biosciences.
• Maintain precise documentation within electronic notebook software.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in biological or biochemical sciences (or a related field).
• 3-5 years of laboratory research experience.
• Expertise in qPCR and molecular biology techniques.
• Direct experience with single-cell (scRNA-seq) and single-nucleus (snRNA-seq) library preparation.
• Proficiency in NGS technologies and data QC.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRISPR-based gene editing and high-throughput screening.
• Experience with lab automation systems (Mantis, Integra, Tecan, SPTLabtech Firefly, etc.).
