What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to help public sector customers solve business problems using the hirify.global platform.
• Provide technical leadership to guide customers through the evaluation and adoption process.
• Consult on big data architecture and implement proof of concepts (PoCs) for strategic customer projects.
• Build and present reference architectures, how-to guides, and demo applications.
• Promote hirify.global-inspired open-source projects (Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) through community engagement.
• Travel to customers within the assigned region to provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Experience designing and architecting distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging in at least one of: Python, Scala, Java, SQL, or R.
• Experience supporting Public Sector clients and building solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in Data Engineering (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), Data Warehousing, or ML technologies.
• Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Operations Research.
