What you will do

• Partner with Solution Engineers on strategic customer opportunities to shape scalable solution designs.
• Design end-to-end solutions including integrations, APIs, automation, AI workflows, data flows, and phased implementations.
• Provide architectural guidance on high-impact deals, navigating tradeoffs, risks, and realities.
• Create diagrams, documentation, and materials for customer engagements and internal decisions.
• Build internal tools, automations, templates, and AI-driven workflows for sales and operations efficiency.
• Establish reusable patterns, standards, playbooks, and frameworks for consistency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer needs and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS solution architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles.
• Expertise in APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, distributed systems, automation, data pipelines, and workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures and plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product, and post-sales teams.
• Hands-on with AI technologies, LLM workflows, agentic systems, or AI automation.
• Strong communication for documentation, storytelling, and enablement.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript for prototyping and integrations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aviation, logistics, supply chain, energy, public sector, or field operations industries.
• Experience with operational intelligence.
