What you will do

• Perform systems analysis and develop business requirements for problems, projects, and enhancements
• Conduct release management activities for hirify.global Auto portfolio
• Lead complex change management including training, process improvements, documentation, and production readiness
• Research and develop functional design documents
• Manage requirements with AMS partners and act as liaison with business for IT coordination
• Provide inputs for application and user acceptance testing, plus production recovery analysis
• Coordinate production activities like triage, troubleshooting, and data analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years technical business systems analyst experience
• Release and change management experience
• Current expertise using JIRA/Confluence; proficient in SQL and business analysis tasks (workflows, use cases, user stories)
• Strong testing and production support background; advanced knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall
• Expertise in requirements management tools (Visio, XMLSpy, Adobe XD, ServiceNow)
• Education equivalent to college degree in IT or business administration, or equivalent experience
• Onsite work required at hirify.global office in Jacksonville, FL or Birmingham, AL

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
• Non-standard Auto Insurance experience
• ServiceNow and AWS knowledge
• Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or PolicyCenter
