Salary: $117,000 - $183,000 (base salary for CO, CA, NY) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Run the GTM onboarding program end-to-end and manage tech stack platforms like Gong, Workramp, and Allego.
• Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars virtually and in-person for clients, prospects, partners, and employees.
• Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive course attendance and content engagement.
• Design high-value training content for Sales and review recorded calls to improve win rates.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish a central content center for sales lifecycle materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software education services, support, professional services, BDR, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SaaS company.
• Experience with Gong, Workramp, or other LMS & CMS platforms.
• Experience implementing AI into customer-facing reps' daily processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
• Outstanding presentation, logistical planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to tailor product value proposition to varied audiences and work across multiple organizations.

Nice to have

• Recent experience with LMS tools like Articulate 360, Lessonly.
• Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus.
• Experience in learning analytics to create outcome-based solutions.
