Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
Salary: $117,000 - $183,000 (base salary for CO, CA, NY) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Run the GTM onboarding program end-to-end and manage tech stack platforms like Gong, Workramp, and Allego.
- Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars virtually and in-person for clients, prospects, partners, and employees.
- Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with BDR, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive course attendance and content engagement.
- Design high-value training content for Sales and review recorded calls to improve win rates.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish a central content center for sales lifecycle materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software education services, support, professional services, BDR, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SaaS company.
- Experience with Gong, Workramp, or other LMS & CMS platforms.
- Experience implementing AI into customer-facing reps' daily processes.
- Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
- Outstanding presentation, logistical planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to tailor product value proposition to varied audiences and work across multiple organizations.
Nice to have
- Recent experience with LMS tools like Articulate 360, Lessonly.
- Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus.
- Experience in learning analytics to create outcome-based solutions.
