What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and perform gap analysis and process modeling.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design technical solutions.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts; lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing efforts.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint activities utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support reporting/dashboard development via SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BSA in large enterprise IT environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampa, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience within the utility or energy industry.
• Familiarity with GIS systems or Smartsheet.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL certifications.
