What you will do

• Act as the primary supply chain SME on ERP system configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity.
• Lead IT projects related to supply chain planning, including ERP enhancements, upgrades, and module implementations.
• Partner with the BI development team to define requirements and guide the creation of dashboards and reports.
• Develop and improve BI reports to support S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory KPIs.
• Automate manual planning processes through system tools, macros, or BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy within ERP planning modules and resolve system discrepancies with IT and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems administration or supply chain IT within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ERP systems, with INFOR/SyteLine experience highly preferred.
• Required experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Must be located in or able to work from Fremont, California.

Nice to have

• ASCM CPIM certification.
• Experience as a BI report developer or development partner.
