What you will do
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and opportunities that align with organizational goals.
- Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop metrics that optimize workflows and promote excellence.
- Perform detailed data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries in coordination with HR data governance.
- Stay current with industry trends in people analytics to enhance workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide impactful business solutions.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the US (Citizen, Green Card, or Refugee/Asylee status).
Nice to have
- Professional experience in HR analytics and talent management.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and Cornerstone.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud technologies.
