What you will do

• Analyze HR data to uncover trends and opportunities that align with organizational goals.
• Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop metrics that optimize workflows and promote excellence.
• Perform detailed data validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries in coordination with HR data governance.
• Stay current with industry trends in people analytics to enhance workforce strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide impactful business solutions.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (Citizen, Green Card, or Refugee/Asylee status).

Nice to have

• Professional experience in HR analytics and talent management.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday and Cornerstone.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud technologies.
