BI Analyst II (SQL, Power BI)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), or Seattle (WA). On-site Monday-Thursday, remote optional on Fridays.

Salary: $90k - $115k

What you will do

• Analyze business questions and communicate findings through briefs, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct impact analyses to deepen understanding of business performance and member experience.
• Develop deterministic models to project outcomes, such as break-even projections.
• Build and evolve dashboards for key problem spaces like website performance and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design "last mile" datasets and augment existing data structures.
• Create end-user applications using low-code tools to surface actionable analytics insights.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, including subqueries, window functions, and analytic functions.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Must be based in the USA (FL, MN, or WA).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or maintaining reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
• Basic understanding of statistics, including sampling and statistical significance.
