Salary: $73,955 - $100,059 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily cash operations and liquidity using the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Execute high-value funds transfers totaling $1B+ per month with high precision.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, performing variance analyses to inform leadership.
• Optimize short-term investments and borrowing to maximize returns within policy guidelines.
• Reconcile cash transactions daily and resolve discrepancies to maintain strong internal controls.
• Coordinate unclaimed property compliance in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Investments, or Finance/Accounting.
• Intermediate technical skills in Excel.
• Must reside in or around the Minneapolis, MN or Appleton, WI area.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deadline-oriented organizational approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex financial services organization or large corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of one or more Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Quantitative skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of cash flow theory and investment accounting.
