Sr. Treasury Analyst

TL;DR

Sr. Treasury Analyst: Own daily and weekly cash position reporting, liquidity monitoring, and short-term cash forecasting across bank accounts and entities with an accent on incorporating collections, payments, payroll, and debt flows. Focus on performing forecast lookbacks with variance analysis, identifying liquidity risks, and preparing reporting for leadership and lenders.

Hybrid Overland Park, Kansas – must be hired within Kansas City metro and report to office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Own daily/weekly cash position reporting and monitor total liquidity including revolver and borrowing capacity.
• Maintain and enhance daily, weekly, and 13-week cash forecasts incorporating customer collections, vendor payments, payroll, taxes, and debt service.
• Perform forecast lookbacks with variance analysis, root-cause identification, and bias detection.
• Identify and communicate liquidity risks, pressure points, and sensitivities from working capital or macro changes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly liquidity reports for Finance leadership and support lender reporting, covenant monitoring, and audits.
• Provide cross-training and backup for wire/ACH processing, bank portals, and account administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3+ years in treasury, cash forecasting, FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in frequent (daily/weekly) forecasts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite
• Prior exposure to liquidity management, debt structures, or covenant monitoring
